Sliced Baked Potatoes


  • 4 Medium-sized Green Field Farms Potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Chives
  • 1 Cup Shredded Green Field Farms Garlic Herb Cheese


Pare potatoes; cut into thin slices about ¾ of the way through the potato.  Spread slices slightly to create a fan.  Place potatoes in baking dish; sprinkle with salt, drizzle with butter, and sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425° F. for about 50 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and return to oven till cheese is melted.
