Roasted Butternut Squash


  • 1 Green Field Farms Organic Butternut Squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into 3/4-inch cubes (approximately 6 cups)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350°. Whisk olive oil and minced garlic together and toss with butternut squash. Arrange the squash on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25 – 30 minutes.
