Potluck Potatoes


  • 2 lb. Green Field Farms Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Butter (divided)
  • 1 Pint Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Green Field Farms Onion (chopped)
  • 1 10.5 oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Cups Green Field Farms Farmers Cheese (shredded)
  • Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes


Wash and pare potatoes and cut up in French fry size. Cook until soft; drain and add cup butter, sour cream, cheese, onions, mushroom soup, and pepper. Cover until cheese melts; mix well and put in baking dish. Melt remaining cup butter and mix with corn flakes; put on top of potato mixture and bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes. Note: This dish can prepared a day before serving and Refrigerated, then baked for 1 hour.
