Ham & Cheese Breakfast Strata


  • 8-10 Slices Bread, Cubed and Toasted
  • 1 lb. Cooked Ham, Diced (can substitute bacon or sausage)
  • 2 Cups Green Field Farms Farmers Cheese, Shredded
  • 6 Green Field Farms Large Eggs
  • 2-3 Cups Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • Cup Green Field Farms Onion, Minced (optional)
  • Cup Green Field Farms Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


Spread half of bread crumbs in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Top with ham, cheese, onion, and green pepper. Sprinkle the rest of the bread crumbs on top. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Mix butter and corn flakes and sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 350° F. for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
