German Pizza


  • 10 Medium-Sized Green Field Farms Potatoes (10 cups)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (cut in pieces)
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Green Field Farms Garlic Herb or Farmers Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • Teaspoon Pepper


Wash and scrub potatoes. Cook till soft, but not mushy; then cool. (This can be done the day before serving.) Cut potatoes in 1 inch pieces and put in a greased roasting pan. Add butter, oil, seasoned salt, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Bake in oven at 350° F. for 1 hour or until slightly brown around the edges; stirring every 15 minutes. Add shredded cheese and put back in oven until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
