Egg Roll


  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • 12 Green Field Farms Large Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 Cups Green Field Farms Tomato Garlic Cheese, Shredded
  • Cup Green Field Farms Green Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Cups Ham, Chopped
  • Optional: Bacon or Sausage


Line bottom and sides of a greased 15x10 pan with parchment paper; grease the paper and set aside. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk till smooth; add flour, salt, mustard, and beaten eggs. Pour into pan and bake at 375° F for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese, ham, green onions, bacon, and sausage; roll up (jelly roll style). Return to pan, put remaining cheese on top, and return to oven until cheese is melted.
