Campfire Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 5 Medium Green Field Farms Potatoes, sliced
- 1 Medium Green Field Farms Onion, sliced
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/3 Cup Green Field Farms Garlic Herb Cheese, shredded
- Chopped Parsley, Salt, and Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Place potatoes and onions on a large piece of heavy duty foil or a foil pan. Dot with butter and top with salt, pepper, parsley, and cheese. Seal the foil tightly and grill over medium heat 35-40 minutes or until tender. Can also be made in the oven. You may want to wait to top with cheese until the potatoes are almost done. Yield: 4-6 servings.
