Breakfast Casserole


  • 2 Cups Bread Cubes Toasted in 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 10 Green Field Farms Large Eggs, Beaten
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 lb. Sausage Crumbles, Fried
  • 2 Cups Green Field Farms Shredded Garlic Herb or Farmers Cheese


Put toasted bread in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread. Scatter sausage crumbles on top, then cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350° F. for 45 minutes.
