Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Green Field Farms Organic Acorn Squash, halved and seeded
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Turn squash halves cut side down on baking sheet. Bake in oven until it begins to soften, approximately 30-45 minutes. Remove squash from the oven and turn so the flesh is turned upwards. Place ½ tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar into each half of squash and return to oven for another 30 minutes.
